Find your engine by its horsepower – check your window sticker or decode your VIN. Each version has its own calibration.
Buick Enclave tune: what changes
More power and torque with no ECU flash and no new parts – the module only adjusts the engine sensor signals. Your factory warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time.

What makes the Buick Enclave special
Buick Enclave tune: the 3.6 V6
The Buick Enclave has been sold new in the U.S. since the 2008 model year. The first-generation Enclave runs the 3.6 V6 LLT with direct injection, and the catalog lists it at 288 hp and 366 Nm from 2009. That 288 hp rating of the first-generation U.S. Enclave, a naturally aspirated 3.6L V6, is the figure the catalog's 3.6i row shows as 288 too; the table figure is metric, so that is the row to compare. The first 2008 model was rated at 275 hp, so confirm your hp figure before you choose. An Enclave performance chip is matched to this one engine, and it takes the GAN GA+.
The GMC Acadia and the Chevrolet Traverse use the same GM Lambda platform. From 2018, the second generation uses the 3.6 V6 LFY, rated at 310 hp (SAE) and 361 Nm. The 3.6 V6 LFY has no row in the catalog. The 2025 Enclave moved to a turbocharged 2.5L four-cylinder rated at 328 SAE hp, and this engine has no row in the catalog yet.
Buick Enclave tuning FAQ
How much more power does a Buick Enclave tune add?
With the GAN GA+, the 288 hp Enclave goes to 311 hp and 395 Nm. The module is rated at up to 12% more power, and that is a rated gain for the engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
What should I check on the 3.6 V6 before I fit a performance chip?
A GM service bulletin covers loose or stretched timing chains and tensioners on the Enclave’s 3.6 V6 engines: the LY7, LLT, LFX and LFY. A tuning module can’t fix a worn part, so have the timing chain checked first.
Do the GMC Acadia and the Chevrolet Traverse share the Enclave’s figures?
They share a platform, but the catalog gives each model its own page, so look up yours there.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
