What makes the Fiat 500 special
Fiat 500 tune: check the year, not the badge
Before you fit a module on your Fiat 500, check its year: one badge can hide two different engines. Fiat sold the 500 in the U.S. for model years 2012 through 2019 as the 500, 500C and 500 Abarth; the 500L and 500X were separate models. A U.S. 500 runs the naturally aspirated 1.4 MultiAir at 101 hp, the 500 Turbo the turbo 1.4 at 135 hp and the Abarth the turbo 1.4 at 160 hp with the manual or 157 hp with the automatic, so find your engine by its hp figure in the table: the nearest rows are the 1.4i at 100 hp and the Abarth 1.4T at 158 hp, and the 135 hp 500 Turbo has no row yet. The European 0.9 TwinAir Turbo makes 86 hp, or 105 hp only from December 2013 to July 2018, with 145 Nm either way.
Without a particulate filter the 1.3 Multijet makes 75 hp and 145 Nm; with one, 95 hp and 200 Nm. The TwinAir and Multijet take the GAN GT; the 1.2 with 69 hp takes the GAN GA+. The 500C convertible, sold from 2009, has the same engines and so the same figures.

Fiat 500 TwinAir tune: what does the GAN GT add to the 105 hp engine?
The 105 hp TwinAir Turbo goes from 105 hp and 145 Nm to 136 hp and 189 Nm with the GAN GT. Those are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno result for your car.
Is a 75 hp Multijet tuned the same as a 95 hp one?
No. The 95 hp Multijet with a particulate filter replaced the 75 hp version in 2009 or 2010, and the catalog lists them as two rows, both on the GAN GT.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
