Each engine gets its own performance chip: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per performance chip and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone isn’t enough: in this generation, the same engine came with different horsepower ratings, each with its own calibration. Check the horsepower in your owner’s manual or vehicle documents and find the matching row.

Fiat Bravo/Brava tune: what changes
The module plugs in between the sensors and the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusts their signals. It never rewrites your ECU software: your factory warranty is preserved, and the module can be removed at any time.

What makes the Fiat Bravo/Brava special
Fiat Bravo tune: two cars under one name
The year decides which engine you have, because the Bravo and Brava names cover two cars. Fiat never sold either car in the U.S., so only a type 182 is old enough to import, and both cars have European specs. Don’t mix it up with the Brava name once used in North America for the Fiat 131, which is a different car. The type 182 Bravo and Brava were built from fall 1995 to summer 2001. The type 198 Bravo II came in 2007 and stayed in production until July 2014.
On the type 182, Bravo meant the three-door and Brava the five-door. On the type 182, the 1.9 JTD with 105 hp takes the GAN GT. The 2.0 gas engine with 154 hp takes the GAN GA+. On the Bravo II, the GAN GT fits the 1.4 T-Jet at 120 and 150 hp and the MultiAir at 140 hp. The 1.6 Multijet diesels at 105 and 120 hp also take the GAN GT.
Fiat Bravo/Brava tuning FAQ
Fiat Bravo II 1.4 T-Jet tune: what does the GAN GT add at 150 hp?
The catalog shows the 150 hp 1.4 T-Jet reaching 193 hp with the GAN GT, a gain of 43 hp. On a turbo gas engine like the T-Jet, GAN rates the GAN GT at up to 30% more power. Those are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno result for your car.
What does the GAN GT give the 1.9 JTD 105 hp, the first common-rail Bravo?
The JTD came with the fall 1998 facelift and was built at 105 hp until October 2000. The GAN GT adds 31 hp.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
