What makes the Honda ZR-V special
Honda ZR-V tuner: the 1.5 Turbo against the e:HEV
Two different cars share the ZR-V name, the 1.5 Turbo with 178 hp and the 2.0 e:HEV with 184 hp, and a ZR-V performance chip fits only one of them. Europe has had the ZR-V since late 2023 with the 2.0 e:HEV only: a 143 hp gas engine plus two electric motors, 184 hp and 315 Nm combined. The ZR-V name is not used in the U.S.; the closest car is the Honda HR-V, redesigned for the 2023 model year. The catalog has a GAN performance chip only for the other version, the 1.5 Turbo sold in Japan.
The redesigned U.S. HR-V runs a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter engine rated at 158 hp, not that turbo; see the Honda HR-V page, where that engine has no row in the catalog yet. Chinese cars rate the 1.5 Turbo at 182 hp. You will also see the name written ZRV or ZR V.

Honda ZR-V 1.5 Turbo tune: what does the GAN GT add?
The Japanese 1.5 Turbo goes from 178 hp and 240 Nm to 215 hp and 290 Nm with the GAN GT, while the European ZR-V has no 1.5 Turbo at all. Those are catalog figures for the engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
Is there a performance chip for the ZR-V e:HEV?
No. The 2.0 e:HEV has no row in the catalog.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
