Each engine gets its own performance chip: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per performance chip and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone isn’t enough: in this generation, the same engine came with different horsepower ratings, each with its own calibration. Check the horsepower in your owner’s manual or vehicle documents and find the matching row.
Same badge, different factory power outputs in this generation:
Mitsubishi Lancer IX tune: what changes
More power and torque with no ECU flash and no new parts – the module only adjusts the engine sensor signals. Your factory warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time.

What makes the Mitsubishi Lancer IX special
Mitsubishi Lancer tune: a 2010 U.S. Lancer is on the Lancer (X) page
Mitsubishi sold this generation of the Lancer new in the U.S. for model years 2002 through 2007. The 2008 through 2010 U.S. Lancer, in DE, ES and Ralliart trim, is the redesigned CY0. Its 2.0-liter MIVEC made 152 hp and its 2.4-liter made 168 hp, and both rows are on the Lancer (X) page. The 2008 through 2010 Evolution, a 2.0-liter turbo at 291 hp, is on that page too. This page covers the older CS0, because a car built in 2010 is already the CY0 in Europe, listed in the catalog as the Lancer (X). Go by the body code: CS0 here, CY0 on the Lancer (X) page.
Europe received the CS0 from fall 2003, the sedan until fall 2007 and the wagon until summer 2008. Sources count this generation differently: seventh in German ones, eighth in English-language ones, ninth in the GAN catalog. The CS0 has three gas engines and no diesel: a 1.3 with 81 hp, a 1.6 with 98 hp and a 2.0 with 135 hp. The GAN GA+ is rated at up to 12% more power: it takes the 1.6 from 98 hp to 110 hp and the 2.0 from 135 hp to 151 hp. The Evolution IX (2005–2007) shares the platform, and it is listed on this page as the Evolution 2.0T (2005-07).
Mitsubishi Lancer IX tuning FAQ
Lancer CS0 1.6 with 98 hp: what does a performance chip like the GAN GA+ add?
The 1.6 goes from 98 hp and 150 Nm to 110 hp and 168 Nm, and the 2.0 goes from 135 hp and 176 Nm to 151 hp and 197 Nm. Those are the rated figures for this engine type, not a dyno result from your car.
Where are the engines of the 2007–2016 Lancer, including the U.S. car?
They are on the Lancer (X) page, the next generation, which reached Europe in November 2007.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
