What makes the Nissan Juke special
Nissan Juke tune: from the 1.6 DIG-T 190 to the Nismo RS
The first question for a Juke is which version you have, because the 1.6 DIG-T comes in three outputs. Nissan sold the Juke new in the U.S. for the 2011-2017 model years, in S, SV, SL, NISMO and NISMO RS trims. On the European car it makes 190 hp in the standard Juke, 200 hp in the 2013 Juke Nismo and 218 hp in the Nismo RS, or 213 hp with the CVT. U.S. spec sheets rate the same engines slightly differently, so match your row by trim and drivetrain, not by the hp figure alone. All three take the GAN GT and reach 230, 242 and 264 hp.
The European 1.5 dCi with 110 hp also takes the GAN GT. The naturally aspirated 1.6 with 94, 112 and 117 hp goes with the GAN GA+. The U.S. Juke came only with the turbocharged 1.6, so those gas rows apply to other markets. The catalog has no row for the 1.2 DIG-T with 115 hp (2014-2018).

Juke Nismo RS tune: what does the GAN GT add to the 218 hp version?
In the catalog, the Nismo RS at 218 hp and 280 Nm goes to 264 hp and 339 Nm with the GAN GT. Treat these as stated gains for the engine type, not dyno results from your car. Used on this engine, the GAN GT is rated at up to 30% more power.
Does the module change the CVT of a Juke 1.6?
The 1.6 with 117 hp and the all-wheel-drive 1.6 DIG-T are offered with a CVT. The module doesn't reprogram the transmission. On the naturally aspirated 1.6, the GAN GA+ is rated at up to 12% more power.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
