Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone isn’t enough: in this generation, the same engine came with different horsepower ratings, each with its own calibration. Check the horsepower in your owner’s manual or vehicle documents and find the matching row.
Same badge, different factory power outputs in this generation:
Nissan Titan tune: what changes
More power and torque with no ECU flash and no new parts – the module only adjusts the engine sensor signals. Your factory warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time.

What makes the Nissan Titan special
Nissan Titan tuner for the 5.6 V8
The Titan is a full-size pickup built for the U.S. and Canada, and Nissan never sold it in Europe. Nissan sold the Titan new in the U.S. from the 2004 model year through 2024, its last year of production. So a Titan performance chip is chosen from the American range. The first-generation A60 (2004-2015) has the 5.6 V8 at 305 hp, rising to 317 hp from 2008.
From 2016, U.S. brochures call the 5.6 V8 the Endurance V8. For the second generation, from 2016, the catalog lists 394 hp, close to the factory figure of 390 hp. The 2020-2024 trucks are rated at 400 hp, so match your row by model year. The GAN GA+ fits all of them, reaching 329, 342 and 426 hp.
Nissan Titan tuning FAQ
Titan flash tune or the GAN module: what is the difference?
A flash tune writes a new program into the control module, while the GAN module only works on the signals reaching it. The factory software, checksums and flash counter stay untouched, and the module doesn't reprogram the transmission.
Which Titan is mine, and what does the GAN GA+ add?
Go by output: 305 or 317 hp for the A60, or the 5.6 V8 of the second generation from 2016. In the catalog, the 305 hp truck goes to 329 hp with the GAN GA+. The GAN GA+ is rated at up to 12% more power. Treat that as a stated gain for the engine type, not a dyno reading of your truck.
Is the Titan XD Cummins diesel in the catalog?
No: the Titan XD's 5.0 Cummins V8 turbodiesel, rated at 310 hp (SAE), has no row in the catalog yet.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
