What makes the Renault KWID special
Renault Kwid performance chip: a small hatchback for India and Brazil
Renault builds the Kwid as a small hatchback for India (since 2015), Brazil and other markets. Renault has not sold the Kwid in the U.S., so a Kwid here is a non-U.S.-market car. There are no U.S. trims or model years for the Kwid, so identify one by engine size and hp. A gas Kwid isn't sold officially in Europe either; its electric sibling on the same platform is the Dacia Spring.
A Kwid tuner covers two gas engines: the 0.8 SCe with 54 hp and 72 Nm, and the 1.0 SCe with 68 hp and 91 Nm. The 0.8 SCe is a three-cylinder with 799 cc. The GAN GA+ fits either SCe engine. Production started in 2015, and the first facelift came in 2019.

Can a Kwid performance chip raise the top speed?
A performance chip changes power and torque. This page gives no top-speed figure. The 1.0 SCe is rated at 68 hp and 91 Nm; with the GAN GA+ it reaches 76 hp and 102 Nm. The GAN GA+ line is rated at up to 12% more power. Those are stated gains for the engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
How do you tell a Kwid 0.8 SCe from a 1.0 SCe?
The 0.8 SCe is 799 cc and 54 hp; the 1.0 SCe is 999 cc and 68 hp.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
