Changan tuner: what does the GAN GT give the UNI-V, UNI-T and UNI-S 1.5T?
Start with the engine: the 1.5T Blue Whale is a turbo. On the UNI-V and UNI-S the GAN GT lifts 181 hp and 300 Nm to 219 hp and 363 Nm. Those are the catalog gains for this engine type, not a dyno reading of your car. Output varies by market: the 1.5T makes 188 hp in China, while the CS55 Plus in Ukraine is rated at 181 hp. Go by the rating of your own car.
Is there a GAN module for the Changan Alsvin and Eado?
Yes, both take the GAN GA+. The Alsvin 1.5 (107 hp) goes to 120 hp and 162 Nm, and the Eado 1.6 (124 hp) to 139 hp and 179 Nm. The GAN GA+ is rated at up to 12% more power, and "up to" is the key phrase.
Is the Italian DR Stilnovo 6 engine the same as the Changan 1.5 turbo?
The Stilnovo 6 is a relative of the Changan CS55 Plus. It runs a 1.5 turbo at 180 hp, and a bi-fuel version burns gasoline or LPG. It's a turbo gasoline engine, so it belongs with the GAN GT.
Can a Changan Deepal S07 or S05 get a module?
No. The Deepal S07 and S05 are electric cars, and the GAN module works on the sensor signals of combustion engines.
Plug-in performance chip or flash tune on a Changan: what stays untouched?
A flash tune rewrites the control unit's software. The GAN module sits between the engine sensors and the ECU and adjusts their signals instead. Software, checksums and flash counter stay as they were, and once the module is out, no traces remain.
Does the GAN module affect my Changan factory warranty?
No. The module doesn’t change the ECU software and can be removed at any time, so your factory warranty is preserved. On top of that, GAN gives its own engine warranty: 2 years with the GAN GT, 1 year with the GAN GTL.

A flash tuner rewrites the maps in your ECU, and the flash counter records it. The GAN module adjusts the sensor signals instead: the ECU stays in factory condition, and you can return the car to stock in about a minute.
Changan engines: what to know before you tune
Changan tune: not sold in the U.S., electric-only in Europe since 2025
Changan has no new-car dealers in the U.S. There are no official U.S. model names, trims or dealer badges for Changan models like the CS35, Eado or UNI-V. Europe got Changan only on March 21, 2025, and as an electric brand, so tuning one with a plug-in module is a new topic even there. The launch was in Mainz, alongside Deepal and Avatr. Sales run from Munich, with national companies in Germany and Spain.
The first model was the electric Deepal S07, available from April 2025 in Norway, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. By December 2025 Changan sold in eight countries, Germany and Norway among them. Italy and Spain followed that month. Next came the Deepal S05, and plug-in hybrid versions of the S05 and S07 are planned for 2026. None of the gasoline engines in the GAN catalog (1.5T, 1.6 and 1.8) is part of the official European Changan range.
Where the catalog's Changan models come from
Ranges in China, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the CIS include the Alsvin, Benni, CM-8, Eado, Honor, Raeton and the CS75 with the 1.8. None of them shows up in the European Changan lineup or in European model lists. In the Middle East, UNI-S is the name of the second-generation CS55 Plus. The Nevo Q05 is its range-extender version. The Chinese-market UNI-V and UNI-S carry the 1.5T Blue Whale at 188 hp and 300 Nm.
Ukraine, outside the EU, has sold the CS55 Plus 1.5T since January 2024 at 181 hp and 300 Nm. Its CS35 Plus 1.4 turbo makes 150 hp and 250 Nm. BlueCore is Changan's trade name for its gasoline engines, and the 1.5T Blue Whale is the turbo 1.5 in that family. Model lines: UNI covers the UNI-K, UNI-T, UNI-V and UNI-S, and CS is the crossover line with the CS35, CS75 and CS95. iDD is the hybrid system.

The closest European-market cars
At the Turin Motor Show in September 2025, Italy's DR Group presented the Stilnovo 5 and Stilnovo 6. The two cars are built on the Changan CS35 Plus and CS55 Plus. The Stilnovo 6 comes with a 1.5 turbo at 180 hp, and the Stilnovo 5 with a 1.4 T-GDI at 157 hp. Either one can be ordered with LPG.
On combustion engines, the catalog decides which module fits. Turbo engines such as the 1.5T take the GAN GT, with up to 30% more power. The 1.5 and 1.6 engines in the Alsvin and Eado take the GAN GA+, with up to 12%.
