Each engine gets its own performance chip: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per performance chip and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone isn’t enough: in this generation, the same engine came with different horsepower ratings, each with its own calibration. Check the horsepower in your owner’s manual or vehicle documents and find the matching row.
Same badge, different factory power outputs in this generation:
Porsche Panamera tune: what changes
The module plugs in between the sensors and the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusts their signals. It never rewrites your ECU software: your factory warranty is preserved, and the module can be removed at any time.

What makes the Porsche Panamera special
Porsche Panamera Turbo tune: the 4.8 twin-turbo V8 first
Start with the Turbo's 4.8-liter twin-turbo V8. It makes 500 hp and 700 Nm from 2009 to 2013, then 519 hp from July 2013. The Turbo S has the same engine tuned higher: 551 hp and 750 Nm, with 570 hp after the facelift. A Panamera Turbo tuner from GAN covers each of these outputs: the GAN GT fits the 500, 519, 551 and 570 hp versions. Tuned with the GAN GT, the 519 hp Turbo is listed at 614 hp and 845 Nm. Read these as stated gains for the engine type, not dyno numbers from your car.
The catalog covers the first generation, the 970, built from 2009 to 2016. Porsche has sold the Panamera in the U.S. since the 2010 model year. The second generation, the 971, isn't in the catalog. Its Turbo, with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 listed at 550 hp, has no row here.
S, 4S and GTS: the naturally aspirated V8 and V6
Until June 2013 the S and 4S had a naturally aspirated 4.8 V8 making 400 hp and 500 Nm. Stronger still is the GTS: the same 4.8 V8 at 430 hp and 520 Nm, and 440 hp after the facelift. The 3.6 V6 is naturally aspirated as well, at 300 hp, or 310 hp from July 2013.
From July 2013 the S and 4S moved to a 3.0 twin-turbo V6 rated at 420 hp. That 3.0 twin-turbo V6 has no row in the catalog. The second-generation 4S switched to a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 rated at 440 hp, and 443 hp from the 2021 model year, which isn't in the catalog either.
Diesel, hybrid and plug-in hybrid rows
Diesel buyers get a 3.0 V6 TDI. It makes 250 hp and 550 Nm from mid-2011, and 300 hp and 650 Nm from January 2014. Which of the two diesels you have depends on the year of the car. The catalog is European, so diesel and hybrid Panameras are matched by engine code and hp.
The S Hybrid and the plug-in S E-Hybrid have rows in the catalog as well. Watch the two hp figures: 333 hp is the combustion engine alone, the full hybrid system gives 380 hp, and the E-Hybrid's 416 hp is already the system output.
Porsche Panamera tuning FAQ
Does the GAN GT fit a Panamera Turbo at 500, 519, 551 and 570 hp?
500 hp is the Turbo before June 2013 and 519 hp the Turbo after; for the Turbo S it's 551 hp until 2013 and 570 hp afterward. For turbo engines the GAN GT is rated at up to 30% more power and fits all four outputs.
Panamera Diesel at 250 or 300 hp: which engine is it?
Year decides: 2011 to 2013 is the 250 hp car, and January 2014 on is the 300 hp car. The GAN GT covers both.
Panamera S, 4S, GTS or 3.6 V6: what does the GAN GA+ do?
Both the 4.8 V8 (400, 430 and 440 hp) and the 3.6 V6 (300 and 310 hp) go with the GAN GA+, which is rated at up to 12% more power. On these engines the GAN GA+ also gives up to 15% lower fuel consumption with an economical driving style.
Panamera tuner or flash tune: what's the difference?
Your factory warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time. A flash tune rewrites the factory software. The performance chip sits between the engine sensors and the ECU and adjusts their signals instead. The module comes off in about a minute, and once it is removed no traces remain.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU flash tune without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
